kebab-boom mini loempia

mini "loempia" ...ready to taste..!!
 Assalamualaikum and hello everyone, yup we meet again to share one simple dish  from my invisible cookbook...^_^ spring roll again?not too easy peasy but just try is better rather than never ^_^ hihi ....why not, hehe good to taste with a cup of tea during rainy evening....instead of "pisang goreng" or "jemput-jemput".... BTW,both totally i like... =P

Malay says "popia", English says "spring rolls" and Dutch says "loempia"...whatever we choose, let me share with u...first of all


You should need to have :


For filling--INGREDIENTS  A (Kebab mixture)

 A carrot (chop in dice)
A tomato (chop in dice)
A potato (chop in dice)
Half cut of onion (chop in dice)
A cup of green peas
A piece of burger meat (Ramly,Otai or any brand u like)--fry and chop in dice
Salt
Black pepper
Seasoning ( i love to use Maggi Cukup Rasa)
Mayonnaise
Chilli sauce / Thai sauce

INGREDIENTS  B (Dressing)

6pieces of spring roll pastry--cut into quarter (1/4)
1 tb.sp of flour mix with water --to make as a "glue"
A slice of cheese (cut it about 2 inches long)


Easy steps for you to go....

1.On a hot plate or fry pan, pour some cooking oil than just mix friendly the Ingredients A together...stir well about 10minutes and close the dish with metal lid for a moment...if the seasoning can watering your taste bud, it gonna be ok..well done ^_^

2.Your kebab mixture is ready and now is time to roll them nicely...before that,don't forget the creamy mayo and spicy sauce...mix them well into your kebab mixture....

3.By using small teaspoon,place the filling kebab mixture on quarter spring roll pastry, then place a slice of small cheese on the top of filling...roll it properly,at the end,stick some "glue" to tighten the roll.


now...start to fry them...


crunchy kebab-boom mini loempia...taste when it hot, cheese will melt in your taste bud...
